Subscription & Payment
Your Machines Care One subscription will be billed automatically each month at the applicable subscription fee until you cancel the plan.
Unfortunately, Machines only support monthly payments currently under the Machines Care One plan.
In the event of an unsuccessful monthly recurring payment, your subscription will enter a 30-day grace period. If payment is not successfully received before the grace period expires, your coverage will automatically end and your subscription will be terminated.
You can cancel anytime through email / Whatsapp to Machines HQ or at a Machines outlet. However, your coverage continues until the next billing date for any early cancellation.
No. Refunds are not available for cancelled subscriptions. Your coverage will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Yes, as long as the new device is registered under the same Customer ID and within sixty (60) days of purchase.
