Machines Protection Plan (MPP) is a one-time protection plan that lasts two (2) years (including Apple’s 1-year warranty). Machines Care One is a monthly subscription plan covering up to three (3) devices, ongoing until you cancel.

No. Machines Care One is a service contract, not an insurance product. It provides repair or replacement services for eligible devices affected by accidental or hardware damage.

No. Each device can only have one active protection plan at a time.

New Devices: Devices purchased within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date are eligible for Machines Care One with a valid proof of purchase invoice.

The device must be fully functional with no visible dents, cracks, or damage, and the serial number or IMEI must match your registration details.

Older Devices: Devices older than fourteen (14) days but less than six (6) months from the original purchase date may still qualify after successfully passing a mandatory inspection conducted by the Machines Warranty Team.

Customers are required to visit our Machines Service Centre, where the device will undergo a full diagnostic assessment before approval.

The device must be fully functional, free from physical or liquid damage, have no previous unauthorized repairs, and maintain battery health above 85%.

For subscriptions via the Machines App or Machines Webpage, simply enter your device serial number or IMEI, verify your eligibility and select your preferred payment method to complete the enrolment process.
For in-store subscription, our team will assist you with the registration and enrolment process.

Yes. A mandatory inspection is required at a Machines Service Centre if the device shows any signs of damage, missing parts, dent, screen cracks, liquid marks, or if the purchase proof is unavailable or exceeds fourteen (14) days. Devices that fail inspection will not be eligible for Machines Care One enrolment.

iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch are eligible for Machines Care One. Accessories such as AirPods, cables, and chargers are not covered.

Up to three (3) eligible devices can be covered under a Machines Care One subscription for RM 89 per month. You may add one (1) additional eligible device for RM 35 per month, bringing the maximum covered devices under a subscription to four (4).

Yes, provided all devices are registered under the same Customer ID or registered email account.

Machines Care One covers accidental damage (including drops, cracks and liquid spills), mechanical or electrical faults, and battery replacement when battery health falls below 80% subject to the Plan’s Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Battery replacement is covered if the battery health falls below 80%.

You may continue your subscription, but additional claims beyond the annual claim limit will not be accepted until the next 12-month claim cycle.

You can make up to one (1) claim per device category within a 12-month period, subject to a maximum of three (3) claims per subscription within the same period. MacBook coverage is limited to one (1) claim every two (2) years.

Yes. Service fees apply depending on the type of claim and repair required and must be paid before repair or replacement can begin. Examples include accidental full device replacement (RM459), battery replacement (RM79), and iPhone screen replacement (RM129).

Yes. Machines Care One does not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (such as discoloration, scratches, peeling or dents), normal wear and tear, software-related issues or data loss.

Loan devices may be available for eligible iPhone repairs, subject to availability and applicable terms.

No. If your device is replaced under Machines Care One, the replacement device will not be covered under your existing subscription and the original device will be removed from the Plan. If the device is repaired with replacement parts only, your coverage will remain active.

No. Claims under Machines Care One can only be submitted and processed at participating Machines Service Centers in Malaysia.

Your Machines Care One subscription will be billed automatically each month at the applicable subscription fee until you cancel the plan.

Unfortunately, Machines only support monthly payments currently under the Machines Care One plan.

In the event of an unsuccessful monthly recurring payment, your subscription will enter a 30-day grace period. If payment is not successfully received before the grace period expires, your coverage will automatically end, and your subscription will be terminated.

You can cancel anytime through email / WhatsApp to Machines HQ or at a Machines outlet. However, your coverage continues until the next billing date for any early cancellation.

No. Refunds are not available for cancelled subscriptions. Your coverage will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Yes, if the new device is registered under the same Customer ID and within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Please contact Machines within seventy-two (72) hours of the incident to report your claim. Then, bring your damaged device together with valid proof of purchase to any participating Machines Service Centre or Machines outlet within ten (10) days of the incident to complete the claim submission.

Repairs will usually take seven to fourteen (7-14) working days, subject to parts availability and the type of claim.

Yes, you will receive email updates when your claim is approved, your device is being repaired, and when it is ready for collection.

Yes, provided your claims remain within the applicable annual claim limits, and all applicable service fees have been paid.

All replaced parts and devices will be retained by Machines as part of the repair or replacement process.

To support your claim submission, please prepare the following:

• Clear photos of the damaged device
• Details of how, when and where the incident occurred
• Supporting documents related to the incident (if applicable)
• Valid proof of subscription or purchase

Subscribers enjoy a guaranteed trade-in value exclusively for iPhone when they choose to upgrade to a newer model from the 11th month of their active Machines Care One subscription. The guaranteed trade-in value will be applied towards the purchase of a new iPhone upon successful trade-in, and the existing subscription will be cancelled at the same time.

The guaranteed trade-in value is available from the 11th month of your active Machines Care One subscription and is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of notification.

To qualify, the iPhone must have no claim history under the subscription, be in good working condition, power on normally, have no cracked display, and maintain a battery health of at least 80%. Trade-in eligibility is subject to inspection and confirmation by the Machines Service Centre.

Your coverage will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your coverage will cease and no further claims can be made after that.

Yes, provided the device is still within fourteen (14) days of its original purchase date and meets the applicable eligibility requirements.

Yes. You may cancel your Machines Care One subscription at any time through the Machines Mobile App or by visiting a participating Machines outlet. Once cancelled, your coverage will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will automatically end. No refunds or partial credits will be provided for any unused portion of the billing cycle.

Your protection will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle expires, your coverage will end and no further claims can be submitted. Any unused claim entitlement will not be carried forward.

No. Machines Care One subscription is non-transferrable and cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another person.

The Machines Care One subscription will remain linked to the original registered Customer ID and device IMEI. As the registered subscriber, only you will be able to submit claims under the Plan.

No. Temporary suspension or pausing of a Machines Care One subscription is not currently supported. If you no longer require coverage, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

If a monthly payment is unsuccessful, your subscription will automatically enter a 30-day grace period. During this period, coverage and claim eligibility will be suspended until payment is successfully received. If payment is not received before the grace period expires, your subscription will be automatically terminated.

If you sell or give your device to someone else, you should remove the device from your Machines Care One subscription. Machines Care One subscriptions remain linked to your registered customer ID and are non-transferable.

Yes. You may remove a device from your Machines Care One subscription at any time through email, WhatsApp or by visiting a participating Machines outlet. If you have sold, given away, lost or had your device stolen, you should remove it from your subscription as soon as possible. Monthly subscriptions fees will continue to apply until the devices is officially removed from the plan.

Once removed, that device’s coverage will end and cannot be reinstated under the same subscription.

Yes. You may add a new device to your existing Machines Care One subscription provided your subscription remains active and has not reached the maximum limit of four (4) devices. The new device must be purchased within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date and meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

Any applicable subscription fee adjustments will take effect from the next billing cycle after the new device is added.

You will receive your RM50 Accessories Voucher via email after maintaining an active Machines Care One subscription for six (6) consecutive months.

The voucher will be sent to the email address registered with your Machines Care One subscription.

The voucher can be redeemed at any Machines retail store in Malaysia. It is not valid for purchases made through the Machines Online Store.

No. There is no minimum spending required to redeem the RM50 voucher.

The voucher is valid for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of issue.

No. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The RM50 voucher is only issued after you have maintained an active Machines Care One subscription for six (6) consecutive months. If your subscription is cancelled before then, you will not be eligible to receive the voucher.

Only one (1) RM50 Accessories Voucher may be redeemed per transaction.

No. The voucher validity cannot be extended once it has expired.
