MoreNew Devices: Devices purchased within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date are eligible for Machines Care One with a valid proof of purchase invoice. The device must be fully functional with no visible dents, cracks, or damage, and the serial number or IMEI must match your registration details.
Older Devices: Devices older than sixty (60) days but less than six (6) months from the original purchase date may still qualify after successfully passing a mandatory inspection conducted by the Machines Warranty Team.
Customers are required to visit our Machines Service Centre, where the device will undergo a full diagnostic assessment before approval.
The device must be fully functional, free from physical or liquid damage, have no previous unauthorized repairs, and maintain battery health above 85%.
