No. Machines Care One is a service contract, not an insurance product. It provides repair or replacement services for eligible devices affected by accidental or hardware damage.
No. Each device can only have one active protection plan at a time.
New Devices: Devices purchased within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date are eligible for Machines Care One with a valid proof of purchase invoice. The device must be fully functional with no visible dents, cracks, or damage, and the serial number or IMEI must match your registration details.
Older Devices: Devices older than sixty (60) days but less than six (6) months from the original purchase date may still qualify after successfully passing a mandatory inspection conducted by the Machines Warranty Team.
Customers are required to visit our Machines Service Centre, where the device will undergo a full diagnostic assessment before approval.
The device must be fully functional, free from physical or liquid damage, have no previous unauthorized repairs, and maintain battery health above 85%.

Yes. A mandatory inspection is required at a Machines Service Centre if the device shows any signs of damage, missing parts, dent, screen cracks, liquid marks, or if the purchase proof is unavailable or exceeds sixty (60) days. Devices that fail inspection will not be eligible for Machines Care One enrolment.
iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch are eligible for Machines Care One. Accessories such as AirPods, cables, and chargers are not covered.
Up to three (3) eligible devices can be covered under a Machines Care One subscription for RM 89 per month. You may add one (1) additional eligible device for RM 35 per month, bringing the maximum covered devices under a subscription to four (4).
Yes, provided all devices are registered under the same Customer ID or registered email account.
