Machines Care One covers accidental damage (including drops, cracks and liquid spills), mechanical or electrical faults, and battery replacement when battery health falls below 80% subject to the Plan’s Terms and Conditions.
Yes. Battery replacement is covered if the battery health falls below 80%.
You may continue your subscription, but additional claims beyond the annual claim limit will not be accepted until the next 12-month claim cycle.
You can make up to one (1) claim per device category within a 12-month period, subject to a maximum of three (3) claims per subscription within the same period. MacBook coverage is limited to one (1) claim every two (2) years.
Yes. Service fees apply depending on the type of claim and repair required. Examples include accidental full device replacement (RM349), battery replacement (RM49), and screen replacement for iPhone (RM129).
Yes. Machines Care One does not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (such as discoloration, scratches, peeling or dents), normal wear and tear, software-related issues or data loss.
Loan devices may be available for eligible iPhone repairs, subject to availability and applicable terms.
No. If your is replaced under Machines Care One, the replacement device will not be covered under your existing subscription and the original device will be removed from the Plan. If the device is repaired with replacement parts only, your coverage will remain active.
No. Claims under Machines Care One can only be submitted and processed at participating Machines Service Centres in Malaysia.
