Bring your damaged device together with valid proof of subscription to any participating Machines Service Centre or Machines outlet within ten (10) days of the incident to initiate a claim.
Repairs will usually take seven to fourteen (7-14) working days, subject to parts availability and the type of claim.
Yes, you will receive email updates when your claim is approved, your device is being repaired, and when it is ready for collection.
Yes, provided your claims remain within the applicable annual claim limits, and all applicable service fees have been paid.
All replaced parts and devices will be retained by Machines as part of the repair or replacement process.
