Cancellation / Ownership Transfer
Yes. You may cancel your Machines Care One subscription at any time through the Machines Mobile App or by visiting a participating Machines outlet. Once cancelled, your coverage will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will automatically end. No refunds or partial credits will be provided for any unused portion of the billing cycle.
Your protection will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle expires, your coverage will end and no further claims can be submitted. Any unused claim entitlement will not be carried forward.
No. Machines Care One subscriptions are non-transferrable and cannot be sold, trasnfered or assigned to another person.
The Machines Care One subscription will remain linked to the original registered Customer ID and device IMEI. As the registered subscriber, only you will be able to submit claims under the Plan.
No. Temporary suspension or pausing of a Machines Care One subscription is not currently supported. If you no longer require coverage, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
If a monthly payment is unsuccessful, your subscription will automatically enter a 30-day grace period. During this period, coverage and claim eligibility will be suspended until payment is successfully received. If payment is not received before the grace period expires, your subscription will be automatically terminated.
The Machines Care One Plan will still be tied to your registered customer ID and are non-transferable.
Yes. You may remove a device from your Machines Care One subscription at any time through email, Whatsapp or by visiting a participating Machines outlet.
If you have sold, given away, lost or had your device stolen, you should remove it from your subscription as soon as possible. Monthly subscriptions fees will continue to apply until the devices is officially removed from the plan.
Once removed, that device’s coverage will end and cannot be reinstated under the same subscription.

Yes. You may add a new device to your existing Machines Care One subscription provided your subscription remains active and has not reached the maximum limit of four (4) devices.
The new device must be purchased within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date and meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
Any applicable subscription fee adjustments will take effect from the next billing cycle after the new device is added.
